Our rooms are big and huge with all modern amenities.

We had a wonderful stay in a bright and spacious apartment with beautiful views. The living area was impressively spacious with a balcony that overlooked the bay. The apartment had everything we needed, including luxurious appliances and furniture. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the Bal Harbor mall, and in a quiet area of town. The building was brand new and secure, with a rooftop pool and spa jacuzzi that offered breathtaking views. The property managers were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

We did notice some little worms in the apartment, although it was otherwise clean and well-maintained.

Close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Nico provided great insider tips and Victor was extremely helpful.

The TVs need upgrading and clearer instructions on how to work them. Communication with the representatives was mainly through texting, it would have been better to have face-to-face or phone conversations.

It has huge and bright rooms and awesome location right by restaurants, NICE AREA, grocery stores. It is a great place to stay, the staff are helpful.

Lacking kitchen amenities.

I recently stayed at Acqua Bay Luxury Apartments for a week-long vacation. The property is brand new and conveniently located, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding area. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, as well as modern bathrooms. I especially enjoyed the stand-up showers and the large 1200 sq ft apartment space.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. there was no iron or ironing board available, which was a bit inconvenient.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The apartment had everything we needed for our Christmas stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful pool on the rooftop. The location was also key, with plenty of parking options nearby and a stunning view. We were able to enjoy the waterfront and also had a great view of the skyline.

One of the bedrooms was smaller than expected and didn't have a view. It was more suitable for children than adults.
